Jennifer Kathleen Campbell is the owner and lead cake designer of Designer Cakes Co. She is an award winning cake designer and sugar artist who has been designing cakes for over 17 years.
Jennifer has competed in The Colorado Chocolate Festival from 2012-2014 and has won 1st Place for “Best Cupcake” twice in 2012 & 2014, “Best Birthday Cake” in taste/design for 2013 and 1st Place for Choctoberfest’s “Best Chocolate Cake” in 2014. Jennifer also took home 2nd place in the prestigious world renowned Oklahoma Sugar Arts Show Baking Competition for “The Perfect Chocolate Cake” in 2014. In 2020 she won the grand prize in The Food Network’s Big Bake cake challenge.
She is a proud member of The International Cake Exploration Societé and her work has been featured on The Colorado Wedding Blog, Women’s Success Magazine and Cake Central Magazine. Jennifer’s goal is to create a one-of-a-kind unique designs that embody her client’s overall event vision and are just as delicious as they are extraordinary.
Our mission is not only that every cake which comes out of our kitchen is both fresh and made with the highest quality ingredients, but that each cake created perfectly accents each and every celebration our individual cakes are crafted for. The end goal is not that you just ‘purchase a cake,’ but instead that you are able to experience an “edible work of art!”
