We guarantee that there are NO artificial flavors or trans fats used in ANY of our cakes, frostings or fillings. Every cake we create is 100% from fresh from scratch, using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. All of our cakes, frostings and fillings are made in house only a few days before your event and are NEVER frozen.

We can now make your entire wedding cake 100% organic. Organic cakes with our organic Swiss meringue buttercream and start at 10.00 per person.
OUR FONDANT:
Our premium rolled fondant is 100% natural and made from scratch with NO artificial flavors, colors, trans fats or high fructose corn syrup. Premium Ingredients We make our fondants from 100% premium real white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate (depending on the color), sugar, Madagascar vanilla extract, real butter, natural corn syrup (Not HFCS) and heavy cream. We think you’ll be quite surprised at how good our fondant actually tastes!
